I'm trying to think of something nice to say about this place, but I'm really reaching. If you happen to like other 17th Street places like Peppers, DIK (Dupont Italian Kitchen), or Trio's then you might not find this place as abhorrent as I do.

Please don't insult my Trio, please. It's an institution. The others...feh. Wasn't Peppers supposed to go away? That was something to look forward to.

FoodBar ain't all that. All you can drink Mimosas sounds like all you can drink orange juice.

That place is a brilliant looking building. The bar upstaits, Cobalt, can be fun. My wife likes cheezy Madonna remixes we go there from time to time.
