Friday Night Dinner along I-95 in VA

My husband and I will be driving from Silver Spring to Stafford, VA, late Friday afternoon to drop off our daughter at Girl Scout camp for the weekend (I'm terrified of how long this trip will take). We'd like to get dinner after we drop her off, probably somewhere along I-95 between Stafford and the Beltway. We're never in this area, so I'm looking for suggestions. I'd say we're open to just about anything as long as it's good.

In that area I tend to look for Mexican food, especially some place that serves tongue taco and menudo.  El Paso is a local chain that you can find with a large menu.  There are others if you google map menudo.

This might not be far enough along for you, but Bistro L'Hermitage in Woodbridge might be a nice stop.  I haven't been there in ~15 years, but I have fond memories.  Very French!

There use to be one in Fairfax that I've been to.   They made good (no hominy) menudo and tacos.
