dcs Posted March 22, 2010 Share Posted March 22, 2010 (edited) You can investigate the rooftop terrace at Charlie Palmer for some good food and spectacular views. Another idea is to rent space in the Newseum and use the Wolfgang Puck catering, which is really just from The Source restaurant downstairs which may differentiate it from the typical catering places you are hoping to avoid. I attended a business conference luncheon in one of these rental spaces last year and can report that the views are great and the food was among the better mass produced meals I have enjoyed. You can also use this list to try and get some ideas. Oh, btw, congratulations to one and all on the happy occasion.
