hm212
Looking to host a wedding rehersal dinner in Annapolis for 75 in May (not for me - lol). Type of food is very open but nice atmosphere and condusive to mingling. Price I don't have but I have been told (not an issue). Recommendations and ideas are appreciated. Thanks. DonRocks
I put an alert out on Twitter. Restaurants take notice when they hear things such as "75 people." Be patient - they will come. Any idea which night of the week? The more specifics you can give, the better - do you want a smaller restaurant completely booked off, or maybe a private room at a larger restaurant? What night of the week would you like it to fall on?
MarkS
O'Learys might fit what you are looking for. I have always had great meals there and they say they can rent the premises out. http://olearys-seafood.com/
ktmoomau
Lewnes always hosts nice legislative receptions with very good food and I know many people who had their engagement parties at Carrol's Creek and the Severn Inn or even at the Chart House (the one in Annapolis has a beautiful view and the food tends to be a little better at this location). The Annapolis Yacht Club is great, but I think you have to be a member. The Wild Orchid cafe added on an area for special events that is really pretty, but I haven't had their food in a while. hm212
Hi Don, Thanks, They are looking for a Saturday night. Preference definitely sounded like a larger restaurant with a private room. They were thinking not too late as many of the people coming in has never been to this area before and probably will want to walk around or go out after making a full night of it.
