Heather
for Tuesday, 9/6? I am trying to think of someplace other than the Gibson.
goldenticket
Palena, Tabard Inn, Fiola?
DaRiv18
Chantal won't be around on Tuesday, but I believe the Sazerac is now on the cocktail menu at the Tabard Inn. Sazeracs should not stump the bartender at most of the usual haunts around here. Tuesdays should be the quietest of nights out too, so maybe you can gamble a bit at places that are ordinarily loud. Near the Gibson, I'd check out either Jack Rose or maybe the American Ice Co.
dcs
Palena does make a good Sazerac. The cafe bar, however, may be a tad louder than you want.
leleboo
I've had a great sazerac at Vidalia, and the bar is bound to be quiet.
Banco
Atlas Room and Ba Bay both make good ones, and they're pretty quiet.
Pat
I've had one at Corduroy, which has a pretty quiet bar, but I'm not a good person to evaluate the quality since I don't have much basis for comparison.
