I tried this place on Saturday. We ordered a cubano and a chivito and split them. This is, as stated, way too much food for one sitting. The fries were thin and cold, but really quite irrelevant. The cubano was one of the best versions of this sandwich I have had ever. The pork was roasted (seven hours) and pulled. It was moist and a little fatty and omg, not sliced. As I was bragging about how awesome the cubano was, the wife was saying hers was better, without even trying the cubano. She was right. The chivito was one amazing sandwich. Especially the little acid the red peppers and mushrooms gave it as well as the olives tartness. Side by side the chivito blows the cubano out of the water, but if you go in for a couple cubanos, they will be the best cubanos in the area.
