  10. Our stint at the Holiday Market is over ; ( and another cart will be taking our place--Korean BBQ! I plan on getting over there this week to check them out. I hear they make their own kimchee. And those donuts across the way are darned tasty! (Thanks goldenticket, goodeats, legant, srtajrosa, zora & danielk!)

(Full disclosure: I am a sales person/sometime chef/whateverneedstobedone-ist) Here's a recent WashPost article on a buffet party we did for Marriott.   12. The DC Central Kitchen Capital Cart is at the Holiday Market! (More info on Holiday Market here.) I'm there all weekend, so come by and enjoy some hot soup or gumbo while you check out the other booths.

Thanks for a wonderful and memorable evening and a special thanks to all of the volunteers, especially goldenticket, danielK, Whitt, rislacoste, and Oyamel for all they did to make this all happen. Pictures are coming later as I must go out of town very early in the am. (I think I might (might) have one of Rocks in a DCCK hairnet, so stay tuned.) (Still thinking about that salmon ceviche, yum....)
