Ferhat, I couldn't be happier for you. May I gently suggest requiring a deposit? I remember no-shows were killing you in FishNook's previous iteration. It's not greedy to do so; it would be foolhardy not to. It doesn't mean you have to be unreasonable about things, and if somebody sprains their ankle at 4 PM, you can let them slide, but no-show-no-calls need to pay the full amount. This is not some type of pre-arranged set-up - Ferhat has no idea I'm posting this, and I'm *more* than happy to play "bad guy" in this situation - Ferhat, you're too doggone nice for your own good. Do yourself a favor - do *us* a favor - sell pre-paid reservations. We *all* lose when a place like FishNook closes due to entitled diners.
