apicius Posted November 17, 2006 Share Posted November 17, 2006 It is interesting for me to read the comment on some restaurants and I see that the way people are eating changed a lot in the last ten years. Reading the comment of PS7 I see only comment about the bar and teh bar food, not much about his restaurant, the same way that it seems that the only food prepared by Frank Ruta at Palena is roasted chicken. There are numerous other examples. More and more restaurant are doing it including the best ones (CitronelleCityZen). It is difficult to have a "classic" restaruant in DC you need either a bar or a privcate dining-room to make your operation profitable.
