Scott Johnston Posted November 17, 2006 Share Posted November 17, 2006 OK all, It has come time for me lose some serious weight...I am talking 70 pounds at least and I need some help. Like many of you, I love to eat...to much in fact. I know the recipe for weight lost is simple, eat less calories then you expend, but the devil is in the details. So my question to you all is what works? Can you still go out and eat in moderation? What are some helpful hints? Don how can you go out several times a day and still fit in last years pants?
